Keep your abaya looking beautiful by following the recommended care instructions for its fabric. Gentle hand washing or professional dry cleaning is preferred. Use cold water and mild detergent, and avoid bleach, tumble drying, or twisting the garment. Allow it to air-dry away from direct sunlight. If ironing is needed, use a low-temperature setting or steam carefully from the inside.

For delicate materials or embellished designs, professional dry cleaning is recommended. If you notice loose threads, trim them carefully with scissors instead of pulling them. Sondos Wear cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or garment care.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Items must remain unused, unworn, and unwashed while your request is reviewed.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Changes of mind or personal preferences may not qualify for a return. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering, as alteration costs resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer may be their responsibility.
